Email Support Email Ticket System
Our primary and
most efficient method of offering support to our web
hosting clients is via an email support ticket tracking
system. After a customer login and click the support
tab and submit a ticket, this system will assign a tracking
number to each request. This tracking number is used
as a reference number that allows us to monitor it's
progress and see it through to resolution. Please do
not send an email support ticket more than once, as
it will slow down our support team response time. Your
support request will be responded to within 24 hours.
