Your Monthly Web site Maintenance plan includes revising, editing, and changing existing web page content and images to keep your web site up to date.
Your Monthly Web Site Maintenance plan allows us to email a quarterly newsletter campaign to your online subscribers. These campaigns are used to highlight different services on a rotating basis, or to promote time sensitive promotions, services or workshops. Under your monthly maintenance plan, you are entitled to make text revisions to existing web pages. This includes adding, deleting or editing graphics on the web pages. You can also add new web pages to your web site, while the maintenance plan is in force, for only $20 (USD) per page. The new web pages will be included in the maintenance contract. This plan also includes monthly web site statistic reports of information such as web traffic, current bandwidth and disk space usage. The statistic reports also show you which pages are being viewed the most.

There is one web statistic report given per month. If additional statistical reports are needed, they are $5.00 each.

The charge for your Monthly Web Site Maintenance is currently $30.00 (USD) - up to three hours of work per month. Additional time will be charged the hourly rate. Please notice what is excluded in the monthly maintenance agreement.

At Your Host Solutions, LLC, we give you another option besides your monthly maintenance plan. All the maintenance services mentioned, can be provided to you at a hourly rate of just $45 (USD) an hour - minimum charge, which is billed in 15 minute increments.

For pre-existing websites, the charge to add-on database driven e-commerce design, product catalogue and flash multimedia designs is charged at $60 (USD) hourly, which is billed in 15 minute increments.

Website Maintenance Policy:

"Maintenance" is defined as keeping the web site current, with the information you provide to us. It is not intended to be a new design.

Hourly Maintenance is provided for customers who choose not have the monthly maintenance plan.

If you have the monthly maintenance plan, we maintain a current local backup copy of your web site atan offsite location on a daily basis.

Updates should be provided electronically (by email) as much as possible to maint@yourhostsolutions.com.

Attachments should be in .txt or .doc (Word) format. Pictures need to be .jpg or .gif. Updates may also be sent by postal mail or by fax. These require retyping data or scanning photos/images and will cost more to complete the changes.
When the information is received by either mail or fax, we will contact you to give you the cost of retyping and scanning of photos/images.

Updates are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours of the time they are received, unless prior arrangements have been made. For large amount of changes, the timeframe of when the updates will be completed will be discussed with our customer.

We make every effort to make accurate changes, however it is the client's responsibility to review updates and notify us of any necessary changes that need to be made.

We reserve the right to distinguish between "updates" and "new design". New design work is charged the web site design rate.

Payment for Maintenance:

If you initially signed up for monthly maintenance in addition to the hosting plan at the same time, your monthly or yearly maintenance is included in the reoccurring billing for both your hosting plan and maintenance. You will receive an invoice 15 days prior to the due date, once the credit card on file is billed successfully, you will receive a receipt.

If you are ordering this service after the purchase of only the hosting plan during your initial sign up. We will add your maintenance web site plan to your reoccurring billing credit card we have on file for you when you purchased the hosting plan. You will receive an invoice 15 days prior to the due date, once the credit card on file is billed successfully, you will receive a receipt.

If you are receiving maintenance from us without hosting, the payment can be made via PayPal cash or check. We require a 30 day advance payment before maintenance agreement is active and before service is performed on your web site.

On each invoice there will be detailed descriptions of the maintenance work that was performed for that charge. You will know exactly what we did for you.

The monthly maintenance plan is for a six month term, and is non-refundable. Every six months the contract will auto-renew for another six month term. After the first six months of the contract is completed and you decide to cancel your monthly maintenance with Your Host Solutions, a written notice will have to be sent to us at maint@yourhostsolutions.com. Payments are due during the cancellation period of 30 days. After the cancellation notice is received, the monthly maintenance contract will be terminated.

If payments for hosting and/or maintenance are not received 15 days after the due date on the invoice, a suspended page will be posted for your domain name asking the owner of the account to contact the billing department. If payment isn’t received after 30 days from the date for your hosting/maintenance account, there will be a $10.00 reconnection fee due at the time of payment to re-activate your web site files. To avoid having your online visitors and customers interrupted, we ask that your payments are prompt every month and paid during the 15 day grace period.

SUMMARY:

Hourly Maintenance is a minimal charge of $45 an hour, which is billed in 15 minute increments.

Flash and Scripting language programming with Database connections is a minimal charge of $60 an hour, which is billed in 15 minute increments.

Additional web statistical reports are $5.00 each after the 1 sent per month with the monthly maintenance plan.

Additional newsletter campaigns are $10.00 each after the 1 sent per quarter with the monthly maintenance plan.

The monthly maintenance plan is for a six month term, and is non-refundable unless you terminate your monthly maintenance plan with Your Host Solutions, LLC within 30 days of contract.
