At Your Host Solutions, LLC we follow 4 steps that are
proven to be successful in the development of your web site.
The steps are defined below and will give you the approach
we take to better serve you as our client.
STEP 1 - YOUR BUSINESS ANALYSIS
The first step is getting to know you and your business
objectives. To better understand how we can assist you
with your online presence, we would like to know:

After discussing your business needs for a web site presence,
we will recommend a solution that will make your goals

and competitive advantage. After Step 1, our planning
team will be eager to put your ideas into action during
Step 2 of your web site's formation.
STEP 2 - YOUR WEBSITE'S FORMATION
During this step, our planning team will discuss your
web site with our web designers. We have preformatted
web site designs, also known as templates, in our library
that are affordable and designed with high quality.
We will present to you the best preformatted design
for your business image from the information obtained
in Step 1. The design will be customized to reflect
your business identity. Your Host Solutions, LLC believes
this approach will be very affordable for our customers.
After the decision is made on the preformatted web site
design you would like customized to meet your business
identity, we will discuss the following:
* If there is technical development that needs to
be incorporated within the design, such as an ecommerce
solution
* Determine if additional web site pages are needed for
your completed design
* Gather content for your web site, such as images and
text
We will discuss the look and feel of your web site and
the total cost. We ask that a 50% deposit is paid to us before
moving to Step 3. This will allow us to register your
domain name for your web site and start Step 3 of your web site design.
STEP 3 - YOUR WEBSITE CUSTOMIZATION
Knowing the fundamentals of a good web site, we will
keep these main points in mind as your web site is being
customized to fit your business identity.
* If needed, implement additional pages within your
web site and maintain logical flow.
* Design pages with graphics and content
* Design your web site to be search engine friendly
After Step 3, we are eager to test and launch your web site.
Your web site will go through Quality Assurance to make
sure all aspects of your web site is working properly.
What is our Quality Assurance? This takes place in Step
4, Your Website QA and Launch.
STEP 4 - YOUR WEBSITE QA & LAUNCH
After the design of your web site is complete, all functionality
is tested by our Quality Assurance team. Their goal
is to make sure the following objectives are met:
* All links are working properly
* Design flow is continual with add-on pages
* All project requirements are met
* Determine a launch tactic for web traffic, such as
search engine ranking, email marketing, flyers, etc.
After your web site passes Quality Assurance and we plan
a launch tactic, your web site is ready to be seen by
